How it is made
Every piece is printed after you order it, one at a time.
Do you keep stock?
No. We print your piece after the order comes in, which is why you can still change the colour on the same day.
Will I see print lines?
A little, if you look closely. Fine layer lines are part of the look of a 3D-printed piece, and we finish every piece by hand.
Are the colours exactly like the swatches?
Close, not exact. Filament batches vary slightly, and two pieces ordered months apart can differ a shade.
Can I order a colour that is not listed?
Ask us. If we can source the filament, we will tell you the price and the extra time before you pay.
Lead time and shipping
We ship from Canada to Canada and the USA.
How long before my order ships?
2 to 5 business days to print and pack, then the carrier's transit time on top.
How much is shipping?
Flat rates. Canada: CA$13.99 standard (3–5 business days) or CA$22 express (1–2 business days), with free standard shipping on orders over CA$70. USA: flat-rate standard shipping (5–10 business days), free on orders over US$55. Transit times start once your piece ships.
Do you ship to the USA?
Yes. Standard shipping takes 5–10 business days after your piece ships, at a flat rate shown in USD at checkout. Orders over US$55 ship free.
Can I get it before a specific date?
Tell us the date in the order notes. If the print schedule will not make it, we will tell you right away and you can cancel for a full refund.
Exchanges and returns
Made-to-order pieces, so the rules are simple and stated up front.
Can I return a piece?
Within 3 days of delivery, unused, in its packaging. Because each piece is printed for you, return shipping is on you unless something is wrong with the print.
It arrived damaged. What now?
Send a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we reprint it at no cost, priority in the print queue.
Can I cancel after ordering?
Yes, free of charge within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, printing may already have started and the order can no longer be cancelled.
Materials and care
What the pieces are made of, and how to keep them looking new.
What material do you print in?
PLA, a plant-based plastic, is our standard material. We also print in PETG on request — just let us know when you order.
How do I clean it?
A damp cloth and mild soap. No dishwasher, no boiling water.
Is it food safe?
No. Treat the pieces as decor and desk objects, not tableware.
Can it sit in the sun?
Avoid a hot car or a south-facing window in July. PLA softens above roughly 50 °C. If you ordered in PETG, it holds up better in heat, softening closer to 80 °C.
Custom orders
Small changes are usually possible; whole new designs need a chat.
Can you change a size or add a divider?
Often yes. Send the measurement you need and we will quote it.
Do you take logo or name engraving?
Yes, usually. Please send us the details of your message, and we will provide a quote.
Do you do wholesale or corporate gifts?
Write to us with the quantity and the date you need them by.
Seasonal drops
New seasonal collections through the year.
How long is a drop available?
Each seasonal collection is available for its season, then retired until next year.
Will sold-out seasonal pieces come back?
Usually the following season, sometimes in different colours.
When should I order for Christmas?
Order by Dec 10 to get it before Christmas.
