Refund policy

Every Canko Lab piece is 3D printed to order, just for you. That is why our return rules are short and simple.

RETURNS
• You can return a piece within 3 days of delivery.
• It must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the piece arrived damaged or with a print defect.
• To start a return, email info@cankolab.com with your order number. Please contact us before sending anything back.
• Once we receive and check the piece, we refund your original payment method within 5 business days. 
• Original shipping costs are not refunded. 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PIECES
Send a photo to info@cankolab.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will reprint your piece at no cost, with priority in our print queue.

CANCELLATIONS
You can cancel free of charge within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, printing may already have started and the order can no longer be cancelled.

CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom pieces (special colours, sizes or engravings) are made only for you and cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
